1994. Billboard in Botswana! This "advert" welcomes and reassures travelers along the highway from Kazungula, Botswana to Namibia's Caprivi Strip. This major highway between the two countries was, at the time of this photograph, unpaved. Breakdowns, punctures (flat tires) and accidents were common.
