Odi Village, June 1995: One of the dominant images in this scene is that of a donkey and a donkey cart. In rural villages, this is an important means of transportation for goods, supplies and people. Items such as firewood, food stuffs, building materials and such are loaded into these wooden carts for delivery through the village or to outlying areas of the countryside.
