Tofu making, Yogyakarta, Java. In a small, dilapidated cabin two men make tofu the way their ancestors did for ages. Although the area didn't look very sanitary, they managed to make fresh, tasty tofu within about 30 minutes. Both tofu and tempeh are common ingredients in any good Indonesian dish.
